This intimate pregnancy relaxation and wellbeing course has been beautifully designed to bring together mums to be, offering them the opportunity to indulge in the benefits of taking  some special time out to relax.

Pregnancy can come with its fair share of ups and downs, and it's so important to take time out to look after yourself before this exciting new chapter of your life begins.


This course has been designed for all stages of pregnancy and is friendly, relaxed and informative, providing incredible benefits to both you and your baby.

Confidence for birth gives you the calm space you need to really unwind & soothe any nerves you might have about giving birth. 


The course runs in a 4 week block and follows a similar structure each week.


We will practice calm breathing techniques which help to regulate your nervous system and lower your stress hormones. This is a life long skill to have and is hugely beneficial during both pregnancy and in labour.

We will also spend time connecting as a group and discussing a variety of essential birth topics, including:

  • The role of Oxytocin

  • The impact of fear on the process of birth

  • How to create the perfect birth environment

  • How to write the perfect birth plan

At the end of each session, you will also be invited to join in a cosy guided pregnancy relaxation - everyone's favourite part!


This wonderfully nurturing practice allows you to release any tension from your mind & body and truly nourish yourself.

You'll leave this course feeling relaxed, refreshed and equipped with some really powerful tools to support you to have a calm birth. 

As part of this course, you will also receive your own guided relaxation track & a pack of my beautiful handmade affirmation cards.
