These free meet ups are open for everyone to attend and are suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Lots of our mams also come back with their newborns in tow, so you can rest assured our supportive community is here for you from bump, to baby & beyond.

The founder of Blooming Births, a Hypnobirthing specialist and a mama of two.
