My group Hypnobirthing courses are full birth preparation courses, designed to help you ditch the fear & start feeling really confident and in control for your baby's birth.

Held over 2 x 4 hour sessions, my group courses promote an inclusive and supportive environment where you will learn a variety of Hypnobirthing techniques to promote confidence, relaxation and positivity throughout pregnancy and birth.
We cover a wide range of topics giving both you and your birthing partner the ​knowledge you need to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for the arrival of your baby.

Held at PaddlePod in Killingworth, my intimate group courses are fun, interactive and engaging and you'll gain loads of practical tools to support you to feel calm during birth.
​
Exclusively limited to no more than 5 couples, my group Hypnobirthing courses are the perfect environment for you and your birthing partner to really benefit from my expert guidance. There'll also be plenty of time for any questions you might have.

The total investment for a group course is £225 per birth team and you can secure your place today with just a £50 deposit. Payment plans are also available on request.
