My private Hypnobirthing courses are the ultimate bespoke and tailored experience, with sessions delivered all from the comfort of your own home.

​I will work with you and your birthing partner to create a fully personalised 10 hour antenatal course, with dedicated time to practise all of your Hypnobirthing techniques and one to one expert guidance to write your birth plans.

Your private experience starts straight away with a 30 minute online consultation where I can really get to know you.

Perhaps this is your first baby and you want to prepare for your special day with an expert by your side? Or maybe you're preparing for a c-section and want to make sure you have all of the Hypnobirthing tools you need to make it an incredible experience?

With my full support and dedication, we will explore all of your wishes for your baby's birth, with plenty of time to discuss any questions you have.

Ideally you will be between 16 - 34 weeks of pregnancy at the start of your course but if you are reading this at 34+ weeks please do get in touch as it's rarely too late to book a Hypnobirthing course.

Your bespoke sessions will all be held at times and dates which suit you, giving you full flexibility.

I am happy to travel within a reasonable distance from Newcastle but if you are further afield or overseas, my private courses can be held online over zoom.
 
If you need to ask any questions after the course has ended or find that your plans for birth change, I am here to support you with free follow up sessions.
