I have a few different private course options for you to choose from and these courses can all be delivered in person from the comfort of your home if you're local to Newcastle, or online over zoom.
Private 121 Full Hypnobirthing Course
A fully comprehensive Hypnobirthing & Antenatal course dedicated entirely to your needs.
We will cover a wide range of Hypnobirthing tools & techniques to fully prepare you for your baby's birth.
Includes personalised and one-to-one guidance right up until your baby's birth, giving you extra reassurance.
This course can be delivered either in person at your home or online over zoom.
9 hours in total = over 3 x 3 hour sessions
Delivered at a time & date to suit you.
A total investment of £365.
Just a £50 deposit will secure your space.
Payment plans are available on request.
Private 121 Intensive Hypnobirthing Course
A condensed/shorter version of my full Hypnobirthing course.
For those who have found Hypnobirthing later on in pregnancy.
Includes my dedicated ongoing support right up until your baby's birth.
This course can be delivered either in person at your home or online over zoom.
4 hours in total delivered in one session, at a time & date to suit you.
A total investment of £209.
Just a £50 deposit will secure your space.
Payment plans are available on request.
Private 121 Refresher Hypnobirthing Course
For those who have already completed a Hypnobirthing course in a previous pregnancy.
We'll refresh your Hypnobirthing skills ready for another positive birth.
Includes my dedicated ongoing support right up until your baby's birth.
This course can be delivered either in person at your home or online over zoom.
2 hours in total delivered in one session, at a time & date to suit you.
A total investment of £125.
Just a £50 deposit will secure your space.
Payment plans are available on request.
