​Delivered in a private 2 hour session, I will work with you and your birthing partner to create a fully personalised antenatal course, with dedicated time to practise your Hypnobirthing techniques.

Your private experience starts straight away with a complimentary 30 minute online consultation where I can get to know you and start to work on tailoring your course.

Your bespoke session will be held at a time and date to suit you all from the comfort of your own home. You can fully relax as I travel out to you.

I am happy to travel within a reasonable distance from Newcastle, but if you are further afield or overseas, my private refresher Hypnobirthing courses can also be held online over zoom.

Ideally you will be between 16 - 34 weeks of pregnancy at the start of your course but if you are reading this at 34+ weeks please do get in touch as it's rarely too late to book a Hypnobirthing course.
