Meet your experts

Hey, I'm Emma!
Award winning antenatal teacher, Hypnobirthing specialist and the founder of Blooming Births.
I was recently voted the Most Empowering Hypnobirthing Provider 2024 North East England by Lux Life Magazine and I've supported over 200 families to feel birth ready.
I'm here to support you to prepare both your mind and body for birth, helping you to feel confident, calm and fully in control.
Hello my name is Jane Johnston. I trained as a nurse and a midwife, working in the NHS for over 40 years.
I developed an interest for Yoga in my early 20s which has continued throughout my life. Yoga has benefitted me personally, maintaining my functional fitness and mental health.
Since I have retired, I had the opportunity to develop my interest further through training to be a Yoga teacher at Newcastle Yoga School. I love teaching and sharing my passion for Yoga.
