I take a holistic and evidence based approach to birth, and pride myself on offering bespoke Hypnobirthing courses, developed after years of extensive training.
I know preparing for birth can come with it's fair share of worries and 'what ifs'.

Hello my name is Jane Johnston. I trained as a nurse and a midwife, working in the NHS for over 40 years.
I developed an interest for Yoga in my early 20s which has continued throughout my life. Yoga has benefitted me personally, maintaining my functional fitness and mental health.
Since I have retired, I had the opportunity to develop my interest further through training to be a Yoga teacher at Newcastle Yoga School. I love teaching and sharing my passion for Yoga.
