Imagine having an entire afternoon to focus on your pregnancy and your baby...

You're juggling work, appointments and trying to prepare for your upcoming birth. There feels like there's always a decision or choice to be made - choosing the pram, deciding which antenatal course is best, working out maternity leave.

Then there's the worries that keep you up at night; becoming a mum, your changing body, the birth itself.

You know you want to relax more.

And you definitely know you'd like to sleep better.

You want to start feeing more calm and relaxed for your birth but it feels hard to find the time...

My nourishing afternoon retreat has been designed with all of this in mind.

In collaboration with Jane Johnston, pregnancy yoga teacher and retired midwife, this retreat will fully support your wellbeing as you prepare for your birth.

It's so important to take time out for yourself during pregnancy and this particular retreat day focuses on cultivating deep inner rest and connecting to your own intuition.

Held at the beautiful Gosforth Garden Village Association, you can expect an afternoon of pregnancy yoga, a breathwork session, journaling, deep relaxation and insightful discussions around birth and motherhood.

You'll also get the chance to connect with others on the same journey as you, building life long friendships.

You'll leave feeling well rested, fully restored and totally ready for your positive birth.
